Where are you located?
Our offices are located in Pine Island, New York. Our products are manufactured at various facilities right here within the United States.
Do you have discounts for large orders?
If you want to order more than a case of a particular product then we can talk – Please email us. Anything less than a case quantity is offered at our standard awesome pricing! Sorry, we do not offer wholesale accounts.
Which payment options do you accept?
The checkout system accepts most major credit cards and PayPal as payment options. For Discover and Amex please use the paypal option at checkout. you don't need to have or open a paypal account. just choose 'pay with a debit or credit card' when you reach the final step.
We also proudly accept Bitcoin!
How long till I get my order?
We try to process our orders as quickly as they come in w- e know you area anxious to receive it, so we do our best to get it out in a timely fashion. Depending on the day you order, the longest you would wait would be around 14 days and the shortest 3 days (within the USA). Occasionally, we might run into a snag (as all businesses do!) and we ask that you be patient with us - we will notify you in the event that your order does not go out as expected.
Shipping times for international orders vary greatly, it's recommend that you allow 2-4 weeks from the time it leaves the USA for you to receive it, however, for many countries it can be as quick as 7-10 days. For international deliveries as well, please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are your responsibility and are not included in the original shipping cost.
Do you ship to... XXX... And how much will it cost?
We, ship to most countries throughout the world. Shipping within the USA is FREE and International orders are calculated depending on the country.
We use USPS UPS and DHL to ship all orders and tracking will be available through the link given in your confirmation email. This tracking, however, only follows the package within the United States. After it goes international it becomes the property of that country’s postal system and they may be able to help you further.

How can I track the shipping?
The shipping confirmation email we sent you contains a link for your order
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed then you can cancel by emailing us. If it has already been shipped then it’s too late to cancel.
How do I change my order?
If you want to change your order Please email us. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate your change.
I put my email/ mailing address in wrong, can this be corrected?
We use UPS address verification for domestic and APO orders. However if you see something about your shipping address in your confirmation email that is different from your shipping address please let us know asap.
We take fraud prevention seriously, so we will not send your order to a completely different address. If you are paying with PayPal, make all applicable changes to your shipping address in your PayPal account prior to placing your order.

How do I return or exchange a product?
You made a mistake on my order.
Our bad. It doesn't happen often, but nobody's perfect. If you receive the wrong item or if there is a defect in any way, Please email us and we'll work with you to make it right.
You charged me more!
If this happens, it is most likely due to the exchange rate. As a US based company, our prices are listed in US dollars. When the currencies are exchanged, the prices are sometimes higher for some units (Canadian dollars or Australian dollars for example) or lower in other units (Euros or British Pounds). This is why your card statement may show a different charge than what was listed on the site.
